The clients for this northern Illinois project (home and office) had already designed their project. I helped them tweak it some and detailed it as well as sourced, ordered and coordinated the big material items (bins and insulation) and supported the effort remotely as needed. I hope to visit the site soon. Jeff commented that the home and office took very little to heat and likely to cool but that was not needed yet – that is the idea, along with being virtually maintenance free. The project is still in process but this should give an idea of what it will finally look like. The first step is putting up the double bins. From bare footing to two full bins – five days.
